I launched Dance Jewellery in 2012 for women like myself who love and appreciate stand-out beautiful jewellery all year round, not just on special occasions such as getting married or at Christmas parties! Quite simply the aim of our products is to make you look and feel amazing whether at work, socializing with friends as well as for more formal occasions such as weddings, dance competitions and balls.
Like many of us, my love affair with jewellery started when I was a small child, spending hours poring over my Nan’s jewellery box; I was inspired by the glistening, sparkling treasures in the box, which evolved into a love of art and appreciation of craft and design. This led to me taking a jewellery design course at Birmingham School of Jewellery and ultimately to setting up my own business selling jewellery at local events and dance competitions. I launched my website 2012, selling on Amazon the following year.
We source trusted jewellery designers who make products that stand out, have the wow factor and which are well made, high quality products. Our main products are jewellery made with Swarovski Crystals which have a sparkle and brilliance similar to diamonds. Unlike Cubic Zirconia, Swarovski Crystals look stunning in natural sunlight and indoor light as well and come in a range of styles and colours. We search worldwide for beautiful and unusual styles, classic designs and stand-out jewellery that gets you noticed.
Our jewellery is high quality and long lasting – rather than slavishly follow the latest trends with cheaper one-season pieces, we cherry-pick classic pieces that can be incorporated into up-to the minute looks. Our blogs will highlight the latest trends and provide ideas and inspiration for instant catwalk looks and classic red carpet style.
